I have a 03 rinker captiva 212 with a merc 5.0 mpi motor. The last few times I took the boat out it has been very sluggish for the first 10-15 min then it is ok. It will surge when cruising and only get up to 4000 rpms. Normal is 4600. After 10-15 it runs great then we will sit for 3-4 hours and it will still run great. I have ran through 2 tanks for gas and also changed the spin on type fuel filter. I just bought the boat at the beginning of the summer. The previous owner said he did a tune-up last fall but not sure what he did. Please help. Thanks
