No power to console

I just bought a 2005 Polar center console and the batteries died (i think I left the bilge on or something) regardless the battery was drained all the way down. I recharged the battery and now the engines will turn over and the power trim works but there is still no power to the console. The gauges work when I turn the key but nothing else. Is there a master reset switch for the console?

There is no master reset that I know of, did you take the cables loose and reattach them or just recharge the batteries? You may have a little corrision interfering with your connection. You should also check your fuses or circuit breakers. I would check them first and then make sure that all the connections were clean and tight.

There is normally a fuse or circuit breaker just a couple fo inches from the positive connection on the battery. Gauges may be powered by the engine harness which is a separate feed.

Information For Others With This Problem. There Was A 50 Amp
Breaker Next To The Battery Control Switch. There Is A Lever
At The Bottom Of The Breaker Which Is Hard To See. You Push
The Lever Up To Reset The Breaker .
