Ok men, i have a 1986 bayliner ciera. took it out last night and ran fine for about an hr. i took it back out and later that evening and made a u turn, began to get on the throttle and all of a sudden it started to slow down little by little until it got to a steady slow pace regardless of the rpms. motor runs fine and idles fine. its an volvo penta 350 i/o. i thought maybe the prop was spun? can anyone tell me where to start?

Well... did you in-fact check to see if the prop has spun on it's hub?

Probably best if you move this post to "Boat topics and questions" forum. Manufacturer specific forums are more for topics about the hull and manufacturer of the boat. ;)
