Ihave a 1974 sea ray with a302 ford motor and a omc outdrive i just bought this and the only problem is this once i hit 2800-3000 it just idle up but its not going anywhere like the outdrive just died but the motors still going then i bring the rpm done and its runs good. like its not kicking in another gear would that be a clutch plate problem? and can it be fixed in the water or does it have to be taken out thanks for the help.
