No response at tilt controls

Have a 3.0/140 1985 mericruiser i/o .The tilt controls stopped working while out on the lake other day.have 12 volts to pump but nothing happens when switches moved up or down. Are there any fuses I should be looking for? I just got boat back from shop having new alternator ,tune up and battery done.Can used any help out there!
