No Spark on 1985 60hp VRO motor

Ok guys we have and issue here. We took the boat out today and it we were moving along pretty good and then the motor shut off like it had no gas. We checked the like and the filter and all is good there. We brought the boat home and check for spark and we are not getting anything. What other steps can we take to track down the issue. Could it be the coil paks, stator or something else? Please let me know of some things we can check.

I think what I need to do is on page 31 but, I am not sure what Alternator Driven CD Ignitions how do I know. It is a 1985 60Hp 2-cyl VRO.
