No Spark on 1985 Evinrude 140

I am not getting any spark on any cylinder, and I know it is not the power pack as I put a new one on. I checked the fuse and it was good.
What do I do next?

I bought a shop manual but it?s written in mechanic and I have trouble with that language.The budget is tight so I have to fix it myself of fish from the dock.

I disconnected the kill wire and she fired right up!
