No spark on 2 cyl

I have a 1980 L6 90 Hp merc. I have replaced all the coils. The #2 & #4 cyl no spark.Is it hte switch box or somthing else?The plugs look almost as if there is water mixing with fuel.The other plugs look fine.Please help Thank you

If you don't have spark on 2 & 4 The only ign. componets they share are stator which shares 2,4,6 and you would loose spark on all three or switch box which can be one or more cyls. so swap boxs and see if the problem goes with the box
