I have a 1994 Evinrude 200 Ocean Pro that has been stalling at idle both in and out of gear and only when the exhaust is in the water. The motor is also very difficult to start, it usually takes many tries. I did find that one cylinder is not getting spark but I don't know where to go from there. Any ideas?? I also swapped the coil with a good one and that didn't fix it.
