no spark on port side of 87 2.7l seadrive

I just had my powerhead rebuilt went to try it out today It wouldnt start I found I have no spark on the port side 3 cylinders. Is this probably the power pack? I dont see any thing unpluged. any sugestions?

I found some previous posts where the powerpacks where exchanged from port to starbord to test them. I did this and found a ground terminal that was in bad condition. I changed the ground terminal switched power packs arround now it starts and runs on all cylinders.
