I have a 92 200hp mercury outboard carb. Per professional guys. We've replaced the stator, trigger, solenoid, rectifier, switchboxes, kill switch. The last was the switch boxes and the shop said he put used on and had it running. We get it back buy new install them and no spark. What the heck else could it be?

A worthless mechanic. Oh, you mean the engine.

Welcome to iboats.

Ignition switch, timing, or a ground wire. Its likely something simple and easy to fix, but if he couldn't test the ignition parts to see if they were good, he probably couldn't diagnose a knot in his shoelace.

That motor shorts the switchboxes to ground to kill the spark. If the killer wire (black/yellow) is grounded by a faulty ign switch, or rubbing the block somewhere, you will not have spark. Disconnect the killer wire at the switchboxes to rule out ign switch and shorted harness.
