Noise from Drive with Prop

Hi there,
94 Crowline, Merc 5.0 Alpha 1 Gen 2, when I put the boat in gear, forward or reverse, I hear a wobbling noise, I put my ear on upper drive and felt like that something is out of balance, the wobble or the noise goes off when I take the prop off. Thinking it is the prop I installed a brand new prop, but still the same issue. I just replaced the impeller in the lower unit, everything fit perfectly. I need some direction what to look for?

Can also some one please tell me what is this part called in the picture, mine has a hole, I used JB Weld on the hole. Can this thing be replaced, I hope the engine don't have to come out.

Sounds like the shaft is out of balance. Did you hit something while on the water?

Ayuh,... That's the Y-Pipe,+ Yes, the motor most certainly has to come Out to change it...
