Noisey with Stainless Steel prop

I have a 03 merc 90 hp 2 stroke! went a put my SS 131/4 X 21 prop on it is wicked noisey under 2000 rpm's( sounds like the lower end wants to come apart!!! any ideas!!!

Check you thrust bearing for proper installation and proper torque on prop nut. The SS prop is probably twice as heavy.
