I right clicked on the image and clicked "copy image address" then clicked the image icon (yellow square with mountain in it) and right clicked in the box and selected "paste"

If I could talk Anita in to a Sailer, I'd think I had died and gone to heaven.....it is the ONE thing I really want, that I can't have. It seems to have a large area 'out the back' too.

Well to real Sailors thats a power boat with a stick on top of it! They pretty much the say the same thing about the 26 ft Mcgregor also.

That was a pic that Dan took of me and Mrs.Link while we were out with him and his wife on thier boat a 27 ft Buccaneer made by Bayliner.

For a want to be sailor like myself I like both boats just fine.

This one had a enclosed head, full galley a berth for two in the front and a double wide under the helm with a diesel under it.

I have towed his boat a few times, but its not really a trailer boat.

Arrrrg don't get me started on the Mcgregor! I'll never shut up.

Thanks for that Link.
I will spend many-a-happy-hour reading about Buccaneers.
Now about the MacGregor.
This is the one I really wanted, for a very specific number of reasons.
1. I can tow it with my car. It is light.
2. It is a 'good' size for a trailer sailer
3. If I get bored with the 'wind', I can drop the 50ph O/B and get around at probably 18-20mph.
4. If I only have 1 day to go over the Bay to Morton Island, then I can get across under motor in 1 hr.
5. Shallow draft
6. Reasonable price
7. Fits perfectly in to a container.

Against:
1. Built for Nth America, not tropics, hence too much room underneath (too hot) and not enough out the back.
2. Probably not best construction, but it is only a day trailer sailer, and as good as any-other trailer sailer.

Let me know your views Link. Would be happy to hear them.
