I have a 96 130 yamaha. Ater all the hurricaines I noticed more water in my H20 seperator.I try to empty it as much as possible. I'm having a problems getting the motor to fire. The filter on the motor was clean(no water), new plugs etc.I wondering if water has gotton into the carbs. Any suggestions on getting it started to get it to the ramp to pull it? Thanks

hello
if you suspect water in the carbs remove the airbox and drain the carbs. some models have a 10mm hex plug at the fwd lower corner others you have to remove the main jet.12mm hex.
but first check to see if you have spark and if the choke closes, also look at the oil tank and see if its full of water instead of oil.
the plastic tube at the bottom of the engine tank is a water trap/drain.
its supposed to be drained at least every 100 hours or annually.
