Normal noise?

Hello,

I have noticed when going things on my new to me Monterey that when the boat is out of water and I spin the prop by hand I can feel a slight clicking. It is in a constant rhythm if that makes sense. Is this normal or is there possibly a problem?

The prop should spin free with no noise. The shift cable adjustment may need to be checked, but since we don't know what we're working on it's had to say.
