Greetings all. I have a '88 Mercury V-135 and I was wondering what the "normal" operating temperature is. I looked in my manual and I couldn't find the answer but I do know the stats are 145 degrees. I just rebuilt my water pump and the temp hoovered around an estimated 180 degrees (needle in between 145-220) at idle and wanted to make sure this was ok. Thank you ahead of time.
