I have a 95 Merc xr6 2.5, I have replaced 2 regs, stator, trigger, 2 switch boxes and 6 coils,(CDI) and rebuilt carbs with all OEM merc parts, still when I take the boat and test, will not go past 3200 rpms, anybody got any other suggestions, lower unit good, also replaced plug wires and fuel lines, rebuilt fuel pump.
