Ok, this motor is a 1992 9.9 Evinrude. I thought the prop was spun but after doing the test, it is not.
At WOT i seem to be getting only half power, the boat won't plane anymore. It does not go as fast as it did. I cleaned the carb when I got the motor and it ran great for a while, after some other tweaks, such as a new head gasket.
What could the problem be? the fuel lines are all original. Could it be something to do with the alcohol in the gasoline now?
