Ok, I cant find a forum are to post this, so feel free to move this anywhere its necessary.
I was out for the first time yesterday, doing the spring break-in run. And as Im about to go in, (still cutting cookies and figure-8s)
and I lose the steering. Not a big deal, but my arms are sore from the paddle in.
After I got to look at it today, I see the cable has popped out of the case. So, Im guessing its time for replacement. my questions are: How hard is it to change?? it dont really look that hard, but Ive said that before.
and what one should I get? the serial number is: Teleflex-SH5023.
Oh, and any tricks that make it easier to do?
Its a Merc. 170/Alpha-1 Gen.1 in an '85 Tara.
Thanx all.
Jon.
