Last night I went to jump into the boat and finish pulling the cover over it. I had it open while getting it ready for the season. Rain was moving in, so I jump in and nearly break my ankle. My sandle caught hold of something and pulled my foot under me. I did manage to get the weight off and roll into the boat, saving my ankle. Now I am just sore today, but able to walk on it. Close one.

Best to get all of the "incidents" over with before the season begins. You're well on your way ;)

My very first trip ever it rained shortly after launch, just giving me time to whack my prop. Never forget that day.

I missed the connection between rain and prop-whacking.
