Not in the market but how does this price look?

I am not looking to upgrade the SS POS, but like many, I check out CL. Assuming the condition is ok and maintenance checks out, what is the opinion on the price? Does this seem like alot of hours?

thats a big boat. And to me the price seems a little low of its is in the shape they say.

The ad itself looks shady also. Scam?
