Not your every day FF request

Hi all -
I'm a bridge inspector for the St. of KS. We do some underwater (scuba) inspections of bridge footings, and general waterway condition.

We have a 20' flatbottom boat with a 50hp mercury, and a basic humminbird FF.
However, what we'd like to be able to do is save pictures of the floor profile (SD card?) and be able to print them when we get back to the office, mainly for historical reference.

I've been around ski boats most of my life but I don't know a thing about FF's.

Is there an instrument out there that will do what we want?

Budget isn't an issue yet, but the fewer bells and whistles, the better.

Any ideas, thoughts or general info you think may help?

I have a Lowrance LCX27C that I use. It has 2 card slots. I use a Fishing Hot Spots Elite in one slot and have a 2 gig MMC/SD card in the other which I use for recording. I can get 30-40 hours of recording on the card. When I get time I can review the recording and see everything the depth finder sees and get the coordinates of anything I want to mark. If needed I could put 2 cards in and just use them for recording. The cards are viewed using a program I got on Lowrance's web site. You can also print whatever or e-mail pics from it.
