My small glass bowl filter started leaking in air bubbles. And the primer bulb lost check of one way flow. Difficult starting and running. 15 years ?

Yes Boat was coming out of winter storage. Charge battery. Tilt and drain water. 1 second of dry engine idle before taking it off of trailer.
Ordered new parts. The decades slip by so easily and quickly. I am lucky that my motors do not need PM. They just keep running.
