NS1582 questions

I am looking at a Nissan 15hp (2-stroke) that has a model # of NS1582. I can't find any reference to the model on Guru's site so I wonder if I can find parts for it? Also, does any one know if the "82" is the year? The color is blue and silver, if that helps. Thanks!

They didn't use model years 20 years ago. The B2 refers to the specific model of the 15 and is all you need to get parts. Most parts are still available, however, due to it's age, I wouldn't invest much into it.
