Start with the Factory service manual, available from any dealer, including me. Run through the ignition tests. You will need a good analog ohm meter, with battery of 3v or less in order to make proper tests. FWIW, You might have something as simple as the stop lanyard left off.
But be aware that this model is obsolete, and many parts are NLA.
