ns90a water in bottom cylinders

Took to shop wasnt running on all cylinders they did carbs, checked spark then pulled power head saw good cylinder walls replaced head,exhaust,and bottom gaskets.after all was done still running on only top cylinder with water droplets on bottem 2 plugs. Any help would be great. Thanks

Run compression tests. Make sure head gasket and base gasket are sealing correctly. Possible crack in head or block.

Lower unit was also off for impeller could gasket for pick up tube be bad?

Lower pick up tube usually has a round rubber seal, not a gasket and only sends water upward to cylinder crank case, as mentioned, probably head gasket is not seating properly, head or block has cracks or head has not been torqued to correct specs. Other issue to check : warped head.
