Nut size - Trim Ram Mount?

I am almost done putting my trim cylinders back together but I do not have the nut that holds the ram to the outdrive on the upper side.

Any idea what size nut? I thought 7/16x20 but it doesn't work.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,....... Bein' a European product, I'm guessin' it's metric, maybe 12mm fine thread,..??......

Can't say for sure, as I don't do Volvos,.....
