I have a 05 115 yamaha 2 stroke over heating problem.Motor over heats when it is at med. to high RPM .The Alarm sounds and goes into limp mode.I have changed the Thermo switches no good .I have changed the water pump no good .Tested the engine without thermostats,the first run it sounded the second run it did not. put the thermostats back in and it sounded as soon as we got to Max RPM for 5 min. I think i have a flow problen and looked at the drawing of engine and fouund a Valve Pressure Control iteam . Any body have any ideas? Now when you idel down the engine and let it idel for 2 to 3 min the alarn shuts off and stays off till i bring up the rpms.I need some help have put 160.00 in parts and still have no results.
