OB Purchase Question

I am considering buying a 1997 Johnson 175 that has had a recently remanufactured powerhead put on it and the rest of the unit is in excellent shape, also includes a 60 day warranty. Price out the door installed on my boat with all hardware and a stainless prop is $6K. Is it worth it.

I did the NADA check and of course it prices out much lower than 6K, but they do not consider a new power head in their pricing. A rebuilt power head here on iboats is around 3500 so considering labor costs it is probably a close call.
