New to the forum. So bear with me on this. I took my 7.5 Merc apart to replace the impeller. While I had it apart I noticed that the reverse lock lever was ground off by one of the previous owners. Not sure why but it was done. I went to a site for Merc parts and they state that this part is obsolete and I am not able to get it from Mercury Marine. Does anyone have a source for used parts that a guy can contact to get a replacement?
