ocean runner trim pump orintation 12-3-6-9 oclock?

Where should the wires be when installing a trim pump on an OMC oceanrunner? I can't recall how the wires were routed.
Ideas?

I'd say 9:00. The wires should come from the t/t mtr closest to the hole in the stern bracket where they run through.

I have a 115 ocean runner and the trim motors wires come out of the unit on the starboard side run across the front and up to the port side and up into the trim sensor area...

as a matter of fact there is a plastic keeper bracket mounted on the upper front that keeps the wires in place

Thanks for the info, I went with 9 as this is an aftermarket unit from ARC with no bracket. 6 pinched the wires and 9 was just too exposed without some kind of bracket.
