Odd size Starcraft Pop Rivets?

I have begun to put back some original aluminum parts and have encountered an anomaly. The 1/8 rivets are too small and the 3/16 are too big (dia). The first couple I encountered I re drilled to 3/16 but now I am finding it more and more.

Anybody else encounter this? Did SC use a size my Ace store does not stock?

I don't want to drill out the original holes except as a last resort.

I had to use some 5/32" as the 1/8 were small...3/16 too large. Home Depot..Aluminum Rivets.

I agree with you guys...the 3/16" that I'm using are slightly bigger diameter than the existing holes. I have been drilling them out to fit.

Did they have the 5/32" with closed and open head?
