Does anyono know what is legal to catch and keep for months of Feb - Mar?

I looked around on the Texas parks and Wildlife web siye and found some information. If you cruise that web site (and there is plenty to look at) you might find some better info.

That's a good way to ask that question...more things are shut down then are open....
In all the Gulf, grouper is shut down Feb and March. Red snapper is also shut down till June. And amberjack was shut down until Dec. 31..but may still be closed for all we know....

Just ready to catch, eat and not release. But it has to be legal or it doesn't count.
