My oil ran low today & the Oil Alarm came on (Two Beeps), I filled the oil reservor & off I went. But now the oil alarm keeps coming on after a few minutes.

I tried to prime the pump using the ball and it doesn't seem to build any pressure..

In the past I never let it run low and it always self prime after I added oil, is there a special way other then squeezing the ball to prime the oil injectors?

Any help would be appreciated.

Pull the oil line off of the vro. Put it in a jar and pump the oil primer bulb until you get straight oil. Hook up the oil line to the vro and give it two squeezes. Then start the mtr and see what happens.

I went down and tried the procedure you recommended, after disconnecting the hose from the vro and squeezing the ball I got nothing.

The ball would not get the oil flowing, so out of desperation I decided to suck on the hose while squeezing the ball & it started working, I reconnedted it to the vro and tried it again. This did the trick and the ball stayed hard as it should during the test run, the alarm never went off and all is fine.

I guess I got air in the line when it ran low and the ball wasn't enough to bleed the air (Assumption) out, either way thanks to you I got it going again....And a little oil in my mouth to boot..

Thanks/Jerry
