So I was doing a search of posts with "timing belt" in them and came across this comment regarding oil capacity on Yamaha F115's.
It's a couple years old.
Just looking for verification.
"Redsken-the correct amount is 4 quarts only...there was a service bulletin on the earlier models (00 , 01 , 02)and they changed the dipstick but your owners manual should say 4 qts."
Mine is 2001 model.
The local dealer told me 5 quarts but even though they are nice guys I like to double check.
I bought the boat used so I dodn't get service bulletins.
