oil ?? coming out the exhaust

well trying to finally start it, but it keeps back firing and not starting up, its got a spark its getting fuel anyone know why it wont start?

First of all what is it? I don't know how many cylinders it has but if it has more than one make sure that you don't have the plug wires crossed.
