I have a pair of J175pxees.I have had the boat for 3 seasons the motor have been great with minor repairs/maintance. I had a problem last weekend with a motor that wouldn't ideal after the warm up, would stall out. I notice a slick in the water and a decent amount of oil comming out of the exhaust. If I put into gear quickly it'll run fine but soon as it goes back into nuetral stall.I pulled the boat today at a marina so I can do my seasonal maintance pump, lower unit oil, wax and paint and check out this. A good amount of oil came of the prop hub and seemed to be seeping out between the lower unit and mid engine cover. I haven't done an expolration yet. It has to be an oil line or carbs, anyone got a starting point for me or advise?
Will be repowering next summer but the sailfish season is getting ready to start and gotta get out there with no worries
Thanks

Sounds like time to rebuild the carbs on that one, it sounds like that motor is flooding, dumping fuel (and oil) through the motor.

Or it's not running on all the cyls due to lack of spark.
