Oil fill on a 1983 omc 140 hp I/O

1983 omc lower unit has three screws one drain top one has a magnet middle is Phillips
Which is fill point middle or top
Also using quick silver high perf 90wt is that ok in all 4 oil cavities

The lower and the upper have two plugs each. They both get filled from the bottom up. The lower gets filled till the oil runs out the top. The upper gets filled up to the mark on the top dipstick. The intermediate gets filled from the top, right up to the opening. The tilt box uses 30w oil and gets filled til it overflows.

Do not touch the phillips screw. That is a set screw and has nothing to do with oil drain/fill.
