1992 Suzuki DT55.This motor keeps fouling plugs after being poorly winterized last fall. With new plugs it runs well for a few minutes then it seems to oil foul them. The carbs are spotless. I don't have the manual yet. sounds like an oil pump problem to me but i don't know how to test anything til i get the manual. any suggestions ?

it has fresh fuel and fresh oil.

If its running in the driveway it will tend to wet them up a bit. Check the thermostat is not jammed open, timing and compression. Do a decarb as well and that should improve the situation.

it's not happening in the driveway,it's doing it in the lake. I'll decarb and see how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion.

Make sure the choke isn't on when operating. If the plug that is fouling is the same cylinder as the one connected to the fuel pump, check the fuel pump diaphragm for a tear. Remove the nuts that attach the fuel pump to the cylinder and pump the fuel bulb. If the back of the fuel pump leaks replace the diaphragm. Check the spark with a spark tester. Make sure you have the right spark plugs. Its unlikely the oil injection is giving too much oil.
