Damn...I didn't know that! That far back, huh? Getting stupid in old age, and I aint that old! And I have been running heavy (40-1) in my late 70 something 20 Johnson, as I didn't know better, and knew it wouldn't hurt. Ya learn something everyday.

Could one of you folks with a 1967 Johnson 60 please send me a picture of the steering linkage where it attatches to the motor. I just bought one and the linkage is gone. I have half the bracket but not the stuff to connect it to a cable. Thanks mocrouchs@vci.net
