Oil injection Conversion off main fuel tank

I have a 1995 6 hp Evinrude 2 stroke. My issue is having to tote a 6 gallon tank of premix fuel everywhere I go. I know they make 3 gallon tanks, but even that seems to be a hassel. Not only does it take up space on my boat, but the fuel eventually goes bad, since I only use the motor as a back up kicker. I have never had to use it. I had a boat that came with a 9.9 Johnson for a kicker, but the guy had it set up so it ran off the main tank off the boat. There was a small mixing tank or what looked like the injection setup for the oil at the back of the transome. I want to install the same set up on my boat, but dont know what its called, or whats involved when it comes to installing that type of set up. Any input would be helpful, and if anyone knows the approx cost of one of these units and where I could get one, would be great

Only way you can run off the main tank is if the main tank is premix for that motor as far as I know.
