oil leak on 89 Force 125

I changed the impeller last year and needles to say, I think I need to do it again because it does not work, (it overheats, does not spit water), at low idle speeds. But--- I now have an oil leak in the lower unit, especially when I tilt it. and yes I am getting water in there, any suggestions?

Id try and clear out rocks and sand in engine, i ran mine at the lake in reverse pretty good and it started peeing real well. Water in the lower half is bad id figure out why. The prop hub can be a problem if fishing line gets wraped around. Take the thermo out and try back flushing the engine while running you might find some crap in there i did.
