oil leak

I have an '86 Cruisers boat with a 350 Mercruiser and an Alpha One drive. Last summer the engine was pulled to replace the drive coupler and after that everything worked fine. It was properly winterized and professionally summerized this spring. I have had it out twice this year and have developed an oil leak(noticed a small amount leaking out of the transom drain after having it out 4 days ago). There is still a lot of oil on the dipstick and the engine ran great the two times I had it out this spring without any overheating. How concerned should I be with this leak? Thanks.

Re: oil leak

I would think you would want to find out where it's coming from first and that would help determine how serious a problem you have.
