oil leak

I have a 2000 Honda 8HP motor that I use for trolling 5 hr. per day when I go fishing four time a week. Lately when I take the cover off, the whole engine is covered with oil. I took it to a Honda dealer and the put new O ring in the gas moduele and one in what they called the pc value box. It is still not fixed.What could be the problem? Also, the lsat time I was out the motor just shut down when I was going 2 miles per hour. Any Sugestion for the Mech?
