it,s normal for fuel to leak out of the carbs when it gets tilted up when trailering..But sre you sure it,s coming from the bottom of the carb or just dripping down on to the bottom of the carb? The gas escapes through the carb vent on top of the carbs (Both) then may be dripping down from there. The floats move when lifted allowing gas to escape through the Needle seat and out of the carb vent DO NOT PLUG THESE UP> It will affect you fuel flow
