Oil Leak

I had my boat winterized last October and few other things done. I put it in the water yesterday and noticed this that it seemed to be smoking more out the back. Oil smell. It usually only smokes when it gets over heated from seaweed clogging intakes. But there was no alarm or anything so I wasnt concerned. Then when I pulled it up I notice blue oil leaking out of bottom. Picture below.
And the response from the Marina was this:
The smoke is probably just from winterizing the engine, and probably won’t do it again as it puts extra oil in the cylinders. Also might see it look like smoke if water is really cold.
As for the gear oil, if you trim it down, can pull that screw out and make sure the plastic oring is seated all the way. And re tighten the screw.

I just want to make sure it isn't something more serious. boat2.jpg

Please confirm that hole is not the hole for the gearcase vent/ level screw which someone has forgotten to refit.

that allen head oil plug leaking may not be tighten down enough on a NEW NYLON GASKET ..
personnally I prefer slotted ones because the allen head ones s trip easier if forced. they are a pin to remove if stripped. you have to punch them out bacwards
