oil leak

What is this little hole and why is it leaking? What do I do about it?<br />

<br /><br />if the pic stops working here's the link Picture <br /><br />This is the lower unit off of a '61 Evinrude 75HP, it's been sitting upright like it is now for about 2 weeks and that's what's come out of it. Any ideas or suggestions?

Azn...that's just a cavity drain. Lets the water outta' the cavity in there so nothing will freeze in cold weather. The dark black oil is just from the exhuast. Not all the oil burns during combustion and just blows out the exhaust. What's left just drains down. Nothin' to worry about.

Does it make any difference that that lower unit hasn't been run in quite sometime? It's not even connected to the motor yet.
