Oil recommendation VP 5.8

1996 VP 5.8 fuel injected engine....

Running by the store on the way home to pick up oil and other winterization items. Anyone know the viscosity I need to use for this motor? I have it written down somewhere at home but cant find my manual. I want to use synthetic oil.

Also im in NC area if that makes a difference....
