Oil type/mixture

Hello, I have recently procured a 1997 or 1998 2HP Johnson outboard. I am trying to find out the correct type of engine oil to use as well as the fuel to oil mixture ratio.

Provided that it's a two stroke.... 50:1 TCW-3 type oil of any brand that has TCW-3 on the jug.
